There were so many seagulls that day I was there, in Half Moon Bay, that I thought it was a seagull convention! What sort of professional organization do they have, I wondered? What were they meeting about? And was admission free–for anyone who could land or take off the way they do?
I’m sharing the photo for your viewing pleasure. Hope you see what I mean about the hundreds of seagulls I saw that day.
PS: How many seagulls do you see in the photo and off in the distance?

Wow, what a great photo! I see 100 seagulls in the distance (lol). Being from NY, I enjoyed going to Jones Beach on Long Island to watch the seagulls and local residents as well!

Hi, Funster. Glad you like the photo! Yes, there must be at least 100 gulls–LOL.
I’ve only been to Jones Beach once–a very long time ago. I’m sure it’s a fun time there.
Holy cow! Look at them all! What are those smaller birds in the front row there?

Pretty crazy, right? Not sure about the smaller birds..
Great picture! I think I see one hundred and seven seagulls in the picture. One of them must be the leader!
Or co-leader? LOL
Wow! This is such a beautiful place especially looking at one of my favorite scenes which is in the beach and here, it’s amazing to see birds along the shore and I couldn’t count all of them. This photo of Half Moon Bay is so perfect that I want to plan a trip soon in this place and I’ll bring my whole family especially my kids because I know they’ll love it here.
