Well, I am tempted to say it is a mango, due to the appearance of the skin, however that red stem is not a mango stem. So I will offer a tentative “It’s a red tropical berry”

It looks like an apple but the shape really matters. I cant’ really guess it so because I have not seen anything like that before.
